Webpage design

• The layout and design of your pages, including custom backgrounds, text, photos, logos or images will be created by us. We do as much as you require and/or utilize any material you supply us with.

• Of course we'll try to include everything you wish to see in your page (as long as it's feasible)

• And if you don't want to be involved at all, we create and design for you in the most effective ways, and show you the result for your approval, before your pages get published.

• The one time set up charge of $ 249.00 includes all the design work you require, the scanning of two images (photos or graphics) and of course one of our cool custom backgrounds. (For a few examples of how your background could look please check these pages:)

Webpage maintenance

• This is a very important and often overlooked aspect of your Web Presence. Pages must be constantly checked and updated, to keep them from getting stale.

• Webpage maintenance for the technical feature's of your pages is included in the set-up fee for the first year. This means we check your sites at least once a week.

• Any actual information update is no problem at all, however we have to charge a small fee of $ 45.00 per hour for this service.

• Don't worry, the major part of all update work is done within one hour (unless you require a major overhaul, but then we'll always notify you about it and work something out.).

Directory and search engine listings

• After we've created your pages, tested and implemented them, they should be seen!

• Directory and search engine listings are essential for your pages to be seen by a wide audience. We recommend at least the search engine listings, but can register you with up to 100 directories (or even more) if you wish.

• If you want your webpage to have the address http://www.yourcompany.com you will need your own domain name. We do a search on the Net of the proposed name and register (if the name is available) with the Internic.

Webspace leasing - Virtual servers - Virtual domain creation

• Webspace can be compared to parking space. It's unfortunately not for free. But happily, it's not too expensive. We store your webpage for one year on our server (this is included in the set-up fee, as long as your pages don't take up more than 1 MegaByte). Since we rent the space ourselves, after the first year we have to charge our customers for the storage.

• However, if you want your own domain and need a considerable amount of webspace for your pages we also offer different virtual server options. Check for more details the virtual server page.

E-mail service

• If you don't want to connect to the Internet or bother with your e-mail every day, we can receive your e-mail, sort through the junk mail and send you the good bits by fax. The charge depends on the amount (please call for details).

• We can also offer you bulk e-mail services. Here you can target a specific group of people/businesses and send your bulk mail electronically (much quicker!!! than 'snail-mail').

Internet Marketing/Consulting

• If you have special questions about the Internet or are new to everything, we explain step by step. However, if you have special questions about how to target which group of people.... we can schedule a consultancy session, (this incurs a small fee of $55.00 per hour).
